Spektra Player is strictly a media player. It does not provide, host, or distribute any playlists, channels, or content. You are solely responsible for the content you view and must ensure you have the appropriate rights to access such content.

We do not endorse or support the use of our application for accessing illegal or pirated content.

To use certain features (like synchronization), you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Pro Features: Some features are locked behind a 'Pro' subscription or one-time purchase.
• Payments: All payments are processed securely through the App Store (Apple) and Google Play.
• Refunds: Purchases are generally non-refundable, except required by law or in cases of persistent technical failure of the App itself.

The App is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or that it will work with every stream format or provider.

In no event shall Spektra Player or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App or your inability to access any content.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
